Absolutely! We have many customers who bring in Apple devices, from iPhones to Macbooks. Whether you need a cleanup, an upgrade, or just need files moved to a new device, we know how to help you.
We love Linux and Android! If you're just getting started with a Linux distribution and need some help with getting a piece of hardware running, or are having a software issue, let us know!
We do perform some data recovery services. Failing hard drives and flash drives can sometimes have recoverable data that we can retrieve for you. Having said that, nothing beats a good backup.
We're more than happy to give you an idea of what you should look for in a new device, depending on your needs. Feel free to come into the office if you'd like to discuss options.
Microsoft will never call you to tell you that you've been hacked, or that something is wrong with your personal computer. These are scam calls. Immediately hang up when you get calls like this. If we detect that your devices have been hacked or compromised, we at the telephone company will contact you directly, and we will not charge you for this information, nor will we insist on getting into your device.
